USC made it a sweep against Auburn on Sunday despite all the injuries.  The Gamecocks have been really hard by the injury bug this year. Virginia lost to Boston College this weekend but stayed at number one in the Baseball America Top 25. South Carolina is at number 2. Coach Tanner is about out of options if there is one more injury to an outfielder. If the Gamecocks go deep into the regionals or make it back to the World Series he has to be the front runner for Coach of the Year. This team just refuses to lose. The pitching has been good and the defense outstanding. That will keep you in games no matter who is playing in your outfield.
