Jacob Tucker is the guy everyone is going crazy over that won the NCAA Slam Dunk contest. The 2nd video is the video that went viral on Facebook and got him enough votes from the fans to put him into the competition. He is a 5’10′ white Division 3 basketball player from Illinois College with a 50 inch vertical leap.  There is only one person I have heard of who could top that- Earl Manigault.
